I’m a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a National Board-Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach.
Human health is a fascinating web connecting our spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being with our relationships and environment. Drawing from my own life experiences, I help uncover the layers of whole-body health care.
I’ve battled a chronic autoimmune disease and, after years of conventional treatments with little success, I decided to take charge of my own health.
Living on an organic farm for over a decade, I found healing through the organic, plant-centered diet that surrounds me. But food was just one part of the health puzzle. I also uncovered the pieces in my life that were causing me overwhelming stress. It wasn’t until I was able to dissolve that stress that I realized how much it had been affecting my health. This holistic approach healed my body and revitalized my spirit, inspiring me to become a Health Coach.
With a deep passion for health, my mission is to help as many women as possible. I live in Buellton, where I run a farmstand and a Farm Box subscription service, all while keeping up with my two active boys. I would be honored to guide and support you on your journey to discovering your best self.
